Very few copper heads and even less timber rattlers. More worried about twisting my cankle so I watch my step.

Haven’t ever seen one up in the NE part of the state....
some folks say they have, but I’ve been traipsing around behind beagles and chasing deer for a long time up this way with nothing.....

The difference is I know sheds are there, not so much on the venomous snakes

Well I guess I’m not the only one that gets skunked all the time.

It isn’t always this way. Last couple seasons been rough on me. I always find a way to spill some blood though. Plenty of season still ahead and some of my favorite hunting.
