2019 Summer Gathering.

Did the pavilion have electric? Are we thinking we will set up back at the cabin too, or just hang tight to the pavilion and camper area? @Jackalope
Thinking the pavilion area will give us more shade seeing as how its going to be a touch warm this weekend. Seeing a heat index of 107 for Saturday.
Also, @Jackalope can you post a link for everyone to send you the $10 a night for the club rental?

The space offered for the gsthering is back by the archery area, those with campers could park them up by the pavilion if they don't want to take them down the road. The preference is we hang out back by the cabin as it's not in direct eyesight of every visitor to the club. A few guys fishing, drinking some beers, and listening to tunes at the lake is different than 20 guys parked up there drinking with a fire and hanging around. Jerry doesn't mind us using the pavilion but it's not the intended gathering spot. It's better to be out if sight and we have a good area to do that. We only ever had one guy at mingo that we thought would have complained, and we see how that turned out, now imagine if we were within eyesight of the entrance to the clubhouse. Same deal.

Between canopies, the cabin porch, and jesses carport we should have similar square footage to the pavilion. The breeze was better up on the hill last year also. I remember Adam and I talking about how it was windier back there. We can use the pavilion but we should set up shop in the back.
I may haul my generator if I can get my hands on a big ass stock fan. That would be nice for midday.
