We recieved our new camper a couple weeks ago and finally got it all set up. It doesn't get any better than this!

The tent thing didn’t work out. It’s about 5 years old and only been used a couple of times. But the string in the tent poles got old so they fell apart when they tried to put it together. Not a big deal, we’ll order a new set of poles. Temps would’ve been good for tent sleeping last night...what a nice weekend!

Campground is packed.

Eventually one day I’ll be retired (soon hopefully). I’d like to start going to these gatherings (paint creek, strouds) but don’t own a camper. I’ll be going alone (wife doesn’t like camping plus we’d have to find someone to watch our dogs for a week) so I don’t need something huge. I was looking online at local dealers and did find some that were not expensive. I don’t want to drop a lot of coin on something I’m only going to use once or twice a year. I’ve never owned a camper before and was just looking for some tips for a beginner...stuff that would cut down on my learning curve...maintainance, campground hookups (what sites are better). Also, anything that would be good to have to deal with common issues that arise while camping. Thanks.
