I suspect spam. Can you convince me otherwise?

Their primary goal is simply free advertising. They're trying to sell a product. Most times it's a scam and you will never see the product. For items like pills they're usually always knockoff sugar pills. Some want you to click the link so that you visit their page full of advertisements and that are paid by how many times theyre viewed. Sometimes their intent is to get you to visit their website that will install a virus. The virus is usually designed to either steal information from your computer or trick you in to giving them some form of payment to remove said virus.
