I think the only thing which may change your answer is if you are a non-resident land owner. At that point I believe you would need a license.

Depends on the rules of the state you live in. If they allow non resident land owners from Ohio to hunt in the state you live in without a license, then you do not need a license as a nonresident land owner in Ohio.
