So who will be hunting this weekend. My son isn't going so I will be flying solo for Saturday and Sunday. Weather looks pretty good. No snow though.

Hoping to get Tracie out Saturday afternoon, but that'll be it for us.

I plan to tote a rifle down to the preserve ground to shoot a doe or two if possible. That’s part of the deal to maintain permission. I need to shoot the 45/70 since I may take it instead of the 450. I’ve only shot one deer with it. Seems a good opportunity to try it again.

Gonna be out too. Have to take some of the time to process the first deer of the season. In-laws are going to do Christmas on Sunday so hoping I can get out at least in the morning.
