Ah memories, lol. I competed in db stereo system competition and came in 2nd place. Two 12" competiton subs and rockford fosgate amp. Yeah, I'll prolly will add new speakers in my truck. Its just never loud enough.

I finally got around to ordering an upgrade for the truck. Rockford Fosgate makes a woofer and enclosure for tight spaces with incredible sound quality. I'm installing one P3 12" 4ohm woofer being pushed by a RF 500 watt amp with remote gain control. This will be stowed away behind the driver side passenger seat, where the factory sub is hidden (on certain trim packages, my den is empty). So I'm not losing any cargo space in the cab and have full functionality of the 60 seat. I'll report back after the install and break in period is complete.

Holy crap I bet that hits hard. I did a system for a buddy in college, (1) 15” 20-40hz (2) 10 40-100hz. We built the floor up for the subs it was a nice system.
I put a system in my middle sons car with a Rockford Fosgate dual port 10s, separates front and rear, amps, alpine head unit. All for like $1500, it is amazing how much cheaper it the mid level stuff is nowadays
BC can hear it at night...she does the job pretty damn good and I still have a trunk.
