How about some positive news.
Despite the trend in cases looking like this.
The serious and critical cases are trending like this.
To me this says the medical profession is getting better with quality of care and treatment options to lessen the overall result. Things like drug combinations, early intervention, and a process that works. etc.

Just like that we have 12 cases in Michigan, one from our county. My wife is convinced it’s the manager from the one store LOL! Will see. My son has been practicing with the HS baseball team and at the end of practice they told them they were done til April 13. HS superintendent put out a notice all sports on hold til then, more to come on what’s going to happen with actual classes.

We stopped delivering three or four years ago. We can hardly keep up with demand as is. It’s a horrible place for a lazy guy like me to work.That didn't take long.. Hire you some drivers man time to make hay!
The place was busy until closing tonight. No signs of illness anywhere in Greenfield. The boys had baseball practice even knowing their season may be in the trash. That decision has not been made as of yet. The AD was in and I told her not to let that happen... she said it was not up to her. I’m getting a sinking feeling if they have a season it will be postponed several weeks. Masons best friend, Kade, qualified for this weekend State wrestling meet for the second year in a row. It’s canceled ... luckily, he is only a junior and should qualify again next year. That alone is reason enough to hate China, and their nasty restaurants.

My step mom is a doctor at a hospital in Washington state. She had a patient today with every symptom of corona but they wouldn’t let her test him. She doesn’t know if there’s that severe of a lack of test kits or they just don’t want the numbers to go up.
First time in my life that I recall our high school basketball team undefeated at this time of the year. Ranked #1 in the state. Their future games in limbo. Our daughter is a senior. She said "State competition for choir is canceled. NHS banquet canceled. . . . " She kept naming her list of "lasts" in her senior year she will miss out on. I made sure to add "And don't forget the last basketball game. . . that you were going to skip attending." My point? It is bad for all the kids. Sports, choir, band, maybe Prom, and lots of activities these kids won't participate in. Going to be a long 3 weeks. Hope we have enough bandwidth to go around. Online classes? Three weeks off?
Probably worthy of it's own thread: What are the big winners going to be? What will this bring moving forward? An even larger push for the 5g rollout? Larger work from home implementation? More online schooling? I see this being a larger shift once we get over the virus hysteria. Lord help us. These kids can't communicate in person now. Just wait until they stay at home all day for work and school. They won't be able to hold a conversation in person. The immune systems of future generations is going to suck. . . .New thread worthy.

15 local wrestlers were already on their way or leaving withing 10-15mins before being told state tourney is cancelled. 4 were legit first seeds, no reason for them not to bring home another state championship. Our local team Edison, is undefeated (34-0) in D3 and was headed to win their first state title....I feel ya Phil, and for all the kids impacted.
Imo, Sad to think if Obama been our President now that all this hysteria would not even been happening cause all of the media outlets wouldn’t be acting like this is the end of the world and it’s ALL his fault and that he’s incompetent and doesn’t care about people. It’s disgusting how the left and it’s leftist media army have weaponized this to the hilt just so they can win back the Whitehouse. Biden’s speech yesterday was clearly orchestrated and prepared to make him LOOK PRESIDENTIAL by those using him behind the scenes. He read it perfectly and obeyed them well as he didn’t look up and turned a deaf ear as he walked away from the microphone with the press yelling out questions.
