Agreed. But I wouldn't rule out summer school. Basically shifting the schedule. Who know what they'll do. I'm sure they don't even know at this juncture.

The governor is using the power of executive order to extend unemployment benefits to individuals who are quarantined or unable to work due to work closures.. So in a way, yeah, by himself.

Received an email from work. I will be in self quarantine in my camper with little to no contact with wife and kids...my ozone generator is going to get a workout. Myself,car and clothes will be treated upon returning home. Read an article ozone kills SARS so worth a shot.

I wasn't being a smart ass or snarky. I wanted to understand how this was being rationalized and allowed given the separation of powers at the state level. The answer appears to be because the legislature agrees with him and nobody else has bothered to file a lawsuit to stop it.

My work just sent an email to work from home.....but I already do. No travel too. I’m now grounded. Work the phones and email now.
Jesse- your "don't waste a good crisis" quote is in reference to a politician who said that. It has since been repeated by many others. At least. . . I first heard it said by a politician. I believe in regards to one of the shootings or hurricanes.
