My wife cooked us some spaghetti squash noodles tonight as well as brussel sprouts with bacon. I tackled the sauce made with some homegrown ground Hereford. Always a good time cooking with my wife and a very delicious, satisfying meal.
Squash and zucchini noodles are really good for spaghetti replacement....

On another note, I never have my phone up here when I need it
As I was torching the wood with the weed burner, I looked up to see a doe standing 10 yards away watching. She comes thru pretty much every day. Today she was early.

For starters, lunch will be left over pizza & hot kielbasa . I always have the kielbasa on a cinnamon bagel w / honey dijon mustard for lunch.

Had some porterhouse and mahi on the charcoal tonight with a little apple wood. My wife fixed baked radishes,coleslaw, and tartar sauce. Heck of a meal.
