I guess I shouldn't say this as the thought had crossed my mind of being in Ohio that week. Never have done absentee yet and get a certain pride when I mark my ballot and run it through the machine.

When Acton delayed the state election 30 days we immediately requested a paper ballot online. Come to find out it wasn't a ballot request it was a request to get a request which came almost two weeks later. When we got the paper request form in the mail we immediately filled them out and returned it the next day. We didn't receive ballots until a week after the election some 3 weeks after requesting them by mail. And here is the kicker. They were mailed the day of the election yet still took a week to go 50 miles from Columbus. Shady as fuck.
What about your local board of elections - our is suppose to send out the ballots - guess we will find out

I’ll vote in person. There seems to be some confusion between absentee ballots and what the Democrats are trying to do. Those fools want to send out ballots to every voter unsolicited. That is where the issue is. Anyone can fill em out and send em in with no certification that the actual registered voter is the person sending it in... absurd.
We have always had mail in ballots, no reason to change that to this ridiculous system the left is pushing for. Trump needs to convey the difference more clearly.

Maybe not this time, Geezer, but there is only one reason the left wants these unsolicited, unrestricted, unverifiable mail in ballots. anyone with a pulse and an IQ over 60 understands this. they cannot hardly ever win elections on their principles and ideas any longer, and they refuse to accept defeat for any reason any more. The sanctity of our voting system, especially the Electoral College, is squarely in their sights now, and I suspect they will contest every election result that they is not in their favor. they've already started planting these seeds with young people.
well, that is better than most house painters and millennials. 
The "little old ladies" manning the voting stuff at my district always have excellent home made cookies.

Not sure. All I know is we requested a request via mail and sent it out the next day..
Dang - well there are some private organizations sending out forms to get you a mail in ballot - we got them yday - called the county board and the clerk said she would mail us the forms - said what we got are from get out the to vote groups - said some of those groups are legit - wtf
