The zone I bow hunt in here in NJ doesn’t have an early earn a buck season, so I have to wait until the regular opener which is October 3rd. Today I started baiting back there and had recently bought a Stihl battery powered chain saw...mainly to bring to Ohio Incase a buck runs to a spot I can’t get my quad to and need to cut down some trees....also didn’t want gasoline smell in my truck, so it was a no brained. I thought maybe I should throw it in my truck today as I haven’t been back down this logging road since last November....best decision I made today! Dead tree fell across the trail, so I didn’t have to drive all the way home for a saw. Stand looks great, golden acorns deposited, sd card swapped out and now I just need to go check it out on the computer. Cameras been soaking since last November, and I’ve got over 8,000 pics to look at. Anything decent and I’ll post it here.
