Here is whats left of a new (probably 2 + million dollar) crane. They tried to drive it through a tunnel at a Refinery without double-checking the height.....
Ripped the cab completely off!

I'll ask some buddies at the PD or FD. I envisioned one on a road just outside the refinery. This wouldn't be the first truck to hit it. Seems to happen often.

It's definitely inside the refinery. Permit travel on the outside...State would have to pay for it. (Hopefully)
Crane was out of our Toledo yard.
