Probably out looking for another road kill.... I doubt if that rifle is legal in Ohio....I'm just going to keep posting pictures until he comes out of hiding.
And I'm not suggesting he got this with his truck.... Congrats to him as I'm thinking this is one of his better bucks for that area....
You know how they do that southern heart shot...I think that deer is dead already...

Alright ugly mugs it was me. Thanks for the congrats. Yes very early for me to kill a good deer around these parts. 3 boys went to hunt the wma. Me and Hunter went to the property and put out some corn and hunt. Asked him what stand you hunting, he didn’t say so I figured I’d put him in the stand. Started hand throwing corn for 400 yards on the atv. Got to the middle stand and said hunt here. Hunter said nah I’m gonna hunt the ladder in the back. I said ok finish throwing corn around the property. He baited 4 stand w 80# of corn.
Settled in my stand, had a button buck out about 300 yards. Another deer at hunters stand. Another one towards djs. I was looking down and looked up and a spike was standing 200 yards away. Around 4 pm I looked up and there he walked out not 60 yards away. Turned and had his ass to me feeding. I looked at him and was like... doi shoot the only shooter we have on cam? He raised his head as I looked from the rear of him and buck fever was setting in. I watched him feed away and finally turned broadside. Clicked the safety off and I could hear and feel my heartbeat in my throat. Took a couple deep breaths and squeezed. He went to take of but both shoulders were broke as he bull dozed in the crp. Hunter text me.... he knew there was only two bucks I would pull the trigger on. Told him it was the 9 and he said nice. To wrap it up I seen 3 rack bucks a few small bucks and bunch of does. Probably over 20 deer. Hunter seen 3 does.

Great Buck!!! You deserve it, as your always out there pushing it to the max, enjoying the great outdoors.... I think Pearl is thinking: Now can we just go hunt ducks, enough already....

Gonna make another hunt on property in the morning then a bow hunt on the nwr. Then gonna duck hunt a couple days. Friday I will bow hunt the nwr and scout after. This weekend is the primitive weekend.
