Honestly I've been a pan fry man until recently. Now I prefer it in the oven. Way less time-consuming and easier to consistently get perfect.

Pan fry to the consistency of gum then throw in eggs splashing bacon grease over the top. Eggs get a crispy ring and perfectly cooked egg. Ain’t no better way to do it.
