Tried, they’re not keen on the idea. Once I mentioned power and fiber optic. You know any township or county workers there? Side deals r worked out all the time.
My technique doesn't really work on completely clogged. Good for partial clogs.Completely plugged. The one that did unplug was a partial. You could see a little bit of daylight through it.

This is something I’ve looked at, but not sure it’d work. There’s 2 tools one for completely plugged and one that’s partly open.

No water close by Unfortunately. Closest water is a pond/creek runoff about a quarter mile away.Do you have a place that you could pump water from like a nearby creek or pond? Just wondering if you could use something like a 2" pump. Start on lower side and keep working it up in the bottom. THe heavy water flow would bring the spoil back out of the pipe. You would need a long handle or small pipe to attach the discharge hose to to get it up in the culvert once you got going. Of course this would only be cheap if you have a pump available. If you have to rent something then probably not worth it.
Ok. That is out. Can you blame the powerline or fiber optic line for leading to the clog and get them to replace the culvert. LOL.No water close by Unfortunately. Closest water is a pond/creek runoff about a quarter mile away.
I’ve heard of this, and wondered if they’d actually do it. I need too get a contact with the local volunteer FD.Maybe a stupid idea but how about contacting the fire department and ask if they could shoot water through the pipe? I know they will fill swimming pools for a small fee, maybe they could help you?
Using water, Clay?
I can't remember where I got my bar, but sucker is heavy, digging with it sure gives the arms a work out....Yea I have a pinch bar from harbor freight
