Oh I know and the info is very appreciated! I've been on the make a appointment page ready to make the jump twice but keep pussying out lol. Maybe being a pussy is a good thing this time lol.
WeirdSame thing happened to a couple I know. She got hammered with it and he never got it.
Got on this conversation with my eye dr. the other day when he found out that I had Covid back in November. After talking about it for a while and me mentioning how it took me so long to feel better as well as a co-worker who is still having side effects he brought up how everyone mentions the survivability rates but very rarely do you hear about those with possible life long issues because of it. He mentioned his neighbor who is 45 and had gotten Covid back in October. Healthy and no pre-existing issues whatsoever. He ended up in the hospital with it, ended up on a ventilator and eventually got healthy enough to go home. He survived but he also will be on oxygen the rest of his life as well as having heart issues from it all. He then talked about two other people in his family with somewhat similar stories to mine and his neighbor. My Dr. on Monday said people tout the survival rate as if it's no big deal if you get it, however he has a practice full of people that had no real health issues that now have lifelong heart and breathing problems and a lot of them are younger than me. Just something to think about as it isn't just like the flu.
as a business that gets inspected by the health dept., you'd be foolish to not abide by their rules, useless though they may be. I'm guessing that the minute their rules don't mandate employees wearing masks that you will stop wearing them?We still wear them when customers come to the counter. It’s just a matter of playing by the suggested rules. I don’t care if customers do not wear them and I don’t believe anyone is overly impressed that we do. However, we do a lot of things suggested and mandated by the county health department that may or may not prevent illness. To me, it’s just another thing, for now.
I will. Most of our clientele already have. My daughter will likely wear the dang things until after her grandchildren graduate.
