Same thing with the regulatory organizations in Healthcare, their regs actually make it harder to respond to emergencies and save patients.

Pretty common. They weren't in any danger. When you spook a beer is when you are in trouble. They kept talking like they should and just step aside and don't be a threat. I'm sure someone had a can of bear spray out.

Bike riders get killed (or seriously fucked up) every year because they come up on bears so fast and quiet. Some trails have rules that you must have bells because of this.

Fishing with them is also pretty cool. You just step aside and let them get what they want. They ain't there for you.
