...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 1 AM EST TUESDAY... WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 11 to 14 inches by late Monday morning. Additional lake effect snow of 2 to 4 inches will continue into Monday night. Northwest winds gusting as high as 30 mph Monday afternoon through Monday night. WHERE...Southern Erie, Northern Erie and Crawford counties. WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 AM EST Tuesday. IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility Monday afternoon through Monday night. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will occur between 10 PM Sunday evening and 11 AM Monday morning. Snowfall rates up to 1- 2 inches per hour will be possible.
