Wojo to a suspect: "How old are you?" The suspect looks up to the ceiling as he thinks, then answers:
Suspect: "45!" (Wojo writes it down.) After a brief pause Suspect says, "Yep, in 1945 I turned 12 years old and began a life of crime." (Wojo rolls his eyes and scratches out 1945 on his blotter.)
Wojo is seen counting on his fingers as he figures out the actual age. Then Wojo rolls his eyes again and mumbles to himself as he re-writes 1945.

The year of the episode? 1978!

Yup, I saw a show that had outtakes and they said Tim used to try and make Harvey laugh on purpose…sometimes going off script to get a reaction.
