Does RKO ever do sales on them?

About how much of a discount did you get between cash and .mil? What dealer did you go to?
I went to a local dealer called docs lawn and garden. I bought the maverick it was $7000 on sale for $6539. After discount it was $5975. Not huge but way better than any other dealer was willing to do at the time. Went with the 54 easier to get around my trees on property line.

My first ever brand new mower. Damn right I’m smiling! 😂
When I bought my scag, it was the first brand new mower for me as well. I always had a postage stamp sized yard so I never splurged on something new. Always rebuilt someone else’s less then perfect mower. I got good at swapping parts, painting decks and replacing nickel dime stuff. 😂

Clay, I have noticed an issue you may want to explore. Getting it to back up. Levers are up against my belly. I have tried spreading them out though. I like the one handed operation. Might want to joy ride one before buying.
Yea I had to adjust the handles on the one I have now to clear my gut, still looking, I really want this but more $$$

Yes, the seat is adjustable. I have it set all the way back. It is just tight and I would consider it s design flaw. I can deal with it at my size.
