Fairly certain I'll be coming down either Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday morning. I'll have some frog legs to throw into the oil Saturday night for appetizers.

I’m going to do my best to catch some catfish either tonight or tomorrow and bring my little fryer along as well. So maybe catfish nuggets Thursday evening or Friday sometime??

I'll be there early afternoon Friday. Too many logistical obstacles with the kids and work schedules to get there on Thursday. I plan to make up for lost time when I do arrive.

whatever you want me to do guys. I’ll be headed out tonight to try to pick up A few kitties. I’ll bring some fresh oil as well so we can do both fries and fish if needed.

I will have (2) medium bacon wrapped venison fatties to warm up at any moment. Could do one Friday sometime and the other Satuday. They will be pre-cooked most of the way so they will only need to be heated up.

Also will have two medium pans of cheesy potatoes that can be heated up and put out with any meal.

Wife is deciding on cookies or brownies to make. That will be her surprise for us all.

I will be there hopefully by noon or shortly after on Friday.

That's actually what I'm frying up Saturday night, catfish nuggets and white bass. Trying to show everyone they're damn good fish to eat
