Strouds '22 Food and attendance thread

I was thinking about coming down Monday and spending Monday night and tuesday night and heading back sometime Wednesday though i might move it a day and come home Thursday. Anyone gonna be there?
I was thinking about roasting a pork shoulder with apples and suarkraut and doing some hot German potato salad. But I'm just spitballinh at this point.

I'm targeting Monday AM, my brother is late Thursday or Friday AM.
I'll follow along on the food items and fill in where needed like Jim and Dave have said. All for a boil, BHC, happy to put $ towards it or bring any items you don't locate, wanna bring, or can't fit.

It's starting to sound like Mom should start a spreadsheet schedule and plug guys in. Put some structure to this food orgy thing so that everyone's intentions are clear and efforts don't get duplicated, nothing is wasted and no chef gets butthurt

Put me down for Monday dinner, either what i described earlier or something else.
This photo popped up on my cellphone this morning as a google memory from 2yrs. ago. Two different batches I shared at deer camp back then. I'll make more this year 'TOO'. Firewood is a given. Anything else needed or wanted from me, just let me know, thanks!

I will see if I can get some fresh shrimp from the coast. I got some people that get it regularly
I second thought it won't last long enough, so I guess we need to go with frozen?
Assuming my wife's schedule stays on track, I'll be burning up the pavement between my house and Strouds cause I ain't missing that dinner on Monday!
