Kat... I have a 312 clone that I am about to keg. 312 is a wheat beer. My version is the lightest brew I have done yet in ten years of brewing.

The only berry I have tried is Lienenkugels, I didn't like it too much, it almost tasted like a wine cooler instead of a beer.

I think you should go for a nice dark stout. I can see you are going to fit in rather well around here. :smiley_coolpeace::smiley_clap:

I love a good wheat beer. I did enjoy a great pumpkin ale from Rivertown Brewery last night. I like the Shocktop Pumpkin Wheat as well. Been on a big Oktoberfest kick lately TOO...

I think the Porter will be next! I have a recipe we brewed earlier this year and I gave that batch to my brewing partner. A few small refinements and it will be a dark and roasty chocolate porter.
