Great post Dante... every bowhunter has been, or will be there. Just like you experienced. Learning from those experiences, and pushing forward is all you can do. And you're right, it makes you a better bowhunter despite leaving a bitter taste behind.

Time to hit Cardinal again and try out the elevated platform this time for both of us. What you doing Saturday afternoon? Going to be way to warm ot hunt. I think they are calling for upper 70's almost 80 on Saturday. Fuggin Ohio weather lmao. Everybody will be sick in a couple weeks lol.

probably putting a new window in the jeep. lol. what a suckass drive to work this morning! thought the cold would be bad but listening to that plastic vibrating was the worst.

I can only imagine buddy. That would have driven me insane not only on the drive down but the drive home too lol. Replace it with plexiglass .
