I'm a net buyer here too!
See, the way I figure it is the price of things are going up because the value of the paper dollar and US slugs are going down. Might as well own stuff that will be useful and hold some value going forward. Went to a gun show last Saturday and bought CLAW clp clone for a buck a can. Came home and saw it on Amazon for 18 a can plus shipping. Bought a folding Buck knife for 10 bucks that sells on eBay for a hundred. It is an old one that has knife makers symbols instead of the Buck name. It was a little tarnished but brand new. Also bought a JC Hiddens folding fishing knife in the original box and cloth protector, never used and the box goes back to before Zip codes. 10 bucks. Then I found a Wenger Swiss Army knife brand new and quite old, never used, 10 bucks also. All cleaned up nicely. Right now I have more knives then the cast of West Side Story! All will easily quadruple my worthless paper...IF I ever sell them. If not? they make nice gifts!
