That maple was a prolific producer of grade A sap.

No spray, all natural, non GMO. Still had hundreds of years left in production. Now it and everything around it is contaminated.

Seriously though, only bringing this up because dude was alright, there has to be some kind of compensation for this.

Some of our combat veterans have likely seen situations where they can't believe they lost a buddy, and others where there is disbelief they walked out unscathed. Same goes for car crashes. Work place accidents (or near misses.) Etc.
