I'm making a Kansas City Prime Rib for our Turkey with Hassleback Potatoes and Fried Brussels Sprouts n Bacon. German Chocolate cake for dessert!

The leftover Prime will go in my camp chili for camp this weekend as the Penna. opener is Saturday.

Happy Thanksgiving. My brother, my wife and I just got back from getting our Christmas tree. My brother and my niece are coming over later and my niece is going to help decorate it. This is one of my favorite days of the year. I've got 3 boneless turkey breasts, one for the oven, one for the air fryer, one for the smoker. Gonna be a good day.

It was a gift to us from an elderly lady who was thankful for some help my bride and I have been for her over the years since her husband passed some years ago. We are thankful for the opportunity to be of help for her, including getting her now moved in to a nursing care facility as she continues on her "Final Journey."
