Didn’t get mature nanny as she picked up where I walked in and stood there and stomped and blew for 10 min while little ole button ate on the corn pile so he drew that short straw. He will make some nice jerky. He didn’t go real far

To be clear I’m not on the bait, this is a new property with no blind at that bait and didn’t expect the bucks to find pil so fast, grape koolaide. I was set up on a pinch in the crp to the bait, also car driver scared them off the bait watching them. It’s a complicated property and I’m still learning.

I agree! Or you know, just be proficient with your x bow to take those longer shots. Plus, if there’s snow on the ground and temperatures of freezing weather, no worry of spoil if you do have to trackF it. Drone or dog can find it
