Ham and bean soup from last nights dinner….made plenty so we can enjoy a hot bowl of soup during this cold snap.

Gotta admit, there’s a lot of stuff in there I’ve never had in a ham and bean soup! I’m intrigued!
Proud dad moment tonight. Cooked the first steak out of our beef and the girls wanted to try it. Kaydence chews up her first bite in silence, then asks for another. Then she grabs a 3rd chunk and says: "I don't know how people can be vegetarian... it seriously makes me mad to think about."
Steak and dippy eggs have become my new favorite dinner.

Lol, yes, it is. I'm more of an over medium kind of guy. Over easy is usually leaves the white around the yolk a little too snotty for my liking. White cooked, yolk runny for dipping.

Beef vegetable soup & pecan pie kind of day ......
Linguini with garlic sardine sauce and spinach. These sardines we got at Costco are "lightly smoked", packed in olive oil. They are an exceptional deal and the best sardines I've ever eaten. Costco rules.

Well we killing ducks so it’s no secrete what we eating tonight. Ducks in a gravy.
Ribeye, hashbrowns and salad. Tam said it was steakhouse restaurant quality.

I cut a couple of doe yesterday into tomahawks. My little girl had to make sure i did some of hers in cubed steak. I got 3 more hanging that I will get to this week. We had some good deer sirloin for supper last night. It was fantastic!
