I need to get this caught up. We put 3 more on the tailgate as season ended. I got busy on a remodel and just finishing up finally.

Maxx came out pretty good on the remodel. He got a homade cedar log bed and a handy ramp/sliding board to enter/exit living room.

LOL, I love it that Max's ramp has a handrail.

My weiner breeder called on Friday. Puppies on the ground in 30 days. I told him I’ll probably pass on this round. It’s too soon plus I owe $15k on the last one.
I have not posted much due to a busy schedule.
Been busy but running Maxx quite a bit. His precision is getting amazing! I no longer get to play tricks on him. He makes me look bad...And I Love It!

I had to build another ramp. Maxx said hand rails are for puzzys.... Not sure why, but he would not use it. He uses this one though....
Keeping trails short but still running on a regular. (This heat has been brutal) Maxx will be three soon and his precision is getting zeroed in. Pretty cool to watch him figure out my tricks on a track.

We got a call to track a dog that escaped (4 days ago) from a breeders house. I don't normally answer incoming calls... but since I did, I felt like I was supposed to help. Since the dog was in heat, it might help us. Maxx showed us where dog was a bit earlier. (It was seen by a neighbor also). But no normal tracking.
The girl was going to set a box trap and put a camera on it. I told her to put sheets off her bed by the box trap and the dog's favorite food inside. It worked the first night but the dog broke out of the trap. (They fixed a hole with nylon netting). They set a new trap and got the dog this morning. Maggie is now home!

Will not be Maxx's pup. Hes been neutered.. BUT... by helping her through it all, a pup is no problem. My new friend has 3 females.
