Little photo dump of our diet from recently. We had ribeyes and Almaco Jack last night. The kids had a make your own pizza night, so Kristi made a carnivore crust, which was really good. We also have made the carnivore bread for a snack which is also good.
I will have check on the value. Serial number starts with 950. I had the forcing cone extended and a good recoil pad installed, which tamed it down pretty good when shooting slugs. It has killed a bunch of deer over the years. It is in good condition and shoot very well.
I know that I did not pay that for either one them, I think it was more around $800? I think the one on my 250 is at least 4 years old, and the one on the 150 has been on longer than that. You can always put a cheap tonneau cover on a hope no one decides to cut it open and see what you got?
ArmorFlex by Undercover is what I have on my Super Duty in Ohio, and I have the same cover on a F150 in Florida. One of my coworkers had a soft cover, and they just cut it open with a knife and stole his stuff.
Going to Florida for a bit, but when we get back, it will be steak! I can’t wait to try out the 1,800 degree side sear! She also got the charcoal pan. This thing is built like a tank!
Sous vide and seared 15 lb. NY Strip Roast, scalloped potatoes, green beans, salad, and cheesecake for dessert. Homemade horseradish sauce and blue cheese compound butter to complement the beef. Add in the family and it was a very Merry Christmas!
