It's sad, but true. My dad has been in and out of the hospital recently, and the food for the most part is horrible. I have taken him my homemade turkey soup in a thermos with lots of meat in it since he complains how bad the food is. Their idea of protein is Ensure and yogurt?

Little photo dump of our diet from recently. We had ribeyes and Almaco Jack last night. The kids had a make your own pizza night, so Kristi made a carnivore crust, which was really good. We also have made the carnivore bread for a snack which is also good.

ArmorFlex by Undercover is what I have on my Super Duty in Ohio, and I have the same cover on a F150 in Florida. One of my coworkers had a soft cover, and they just cut it open with a knife and stole his stuff.
