I took these guys out Wednesday. I never cranked in a fish. We had a couple whoppers come unbuttoned but they still took home a pile of meat.

Mason, Alana and I went to the lake tonight. It was hot but the fishing has been pretty good! We kept 8 saugeye and 8 yellow perch. Alana got the biggest at 24”. She also cranked in a pretty solid largemouth.

I looked on their Facebook but didn’t see that shoot listed. No big deal, we have a couple of events planned and really shouldn’t try to add another.

I haven’t found that yet via a quick search. We are going to the IBO trad worlds in July but it’s in Nelsonville this year, prior to the regular IBO national. I think we are going to camp that weekend so it should be a good time as Cloverdale was. I don’t think we are going to ETAR...

It sounds like a great time! Maybe the location switch will not change anything but the immediate scenery.

I can’t help but wonder if it will be well attended because it’s only 45 minutes or so from Cloverdale???? Seems like a bad idea to me simply do to difficulty drawing a crowd to the same region. We will wait and see and hope we can make it next year!

We’ve put up about as many as we ever have already. Krista got another half gallon or so this morning while I was out fishing. We make a good team. 😀
