Good job Maxx! There are very few deer I don’t locate with the drone. The few I do not find are almost always reported as “maybe a little high”. Those deer seem to just take a very, very long hike after being hit most often.

I flew this morning in southern Highland County. I was searching for a “decent” buck. Found two that were well above average and bunch of “good” deer. The bucks I saw were in groups of two to four, mostly bedded around single does that looked to nervous to stand up.

It’s probably not the first time I’ve said it, but that was the prettiest arrow I’ve ever shot. Shot him at about 20 yards, he ran 30 or less and collapsed. Very quick and clean.
