Thanks man . He was slightly quartered to me but I recommend not taking that shot unless you have the right setup and your confident your arrow can penetrate the shoulder ... I would rather him turn more broadside but he was about to walk into my wind so I didn’t want to take a chance on him...

After studying maps all week I took a long hike deep into Hoosier National Forest Friday and end up getting it done on the first day. Needless to say the hunting pressure on public land in Ohio aint got nothing on Indiana... its dangerous! ....It has been an unbelievable year for me notching 3...

The morning of November 8th it finally happened after a long 7 days of grinding all day sits. My rutcation could not have been any better. Seen a lot of action along with passing multiple good deer. I do have to say the decoy experiment worked better than expected and I will not leave the house...
