I as well, ran a 22 revolver or 22 mag. Gun in a holster beats the hell out of a long gun on a sling. Also lighter, the last thing I wanted to deal with was another heavy cumbersome thing to keep track of considering everything is that in trapping.

I would love to see muzzy season as a side lock/ primitive season. Run those inline modern guns in modern gun season.

If you don’t make it over for some reason, I’ll bring it home and get it to you.
