    Shed season 25'

I've spent many days on that property working for the new owners. Lots of illegal offroad use there unfortunately, as is the case with much of Vinton County. Otherwise it's a stunning area.

    Deer Drone Recovery Cost?

It can be lucrative but you must be prepared for a few things for it to be this way. If your willing to answer a phone all hours of the day and night particularly during the month of November and gun seasons, willing to give up your own hunting during prime time, and give up time with family...

    TSI- Whatcha Cuttin'

Use eye protection for sure. Its a great chemical for many things and labeled aquatic safe. Ive sprayed hundreds of gallons of it the last few years (diluted in UTV sprayer) and haven't had any issues. But I'm also wearing a full face respirator.

    TSI- Whatcha Cuttin'

I recommend not using Tordon. It is known to easily translocate to other connecting tree roots and can have significant non-target kill. Some foresters will tell you that hack and squirt is only effective in late summer to early fall months, but I have had great luck outside that window as...

    Waterholes

Besides maybe in extreme drought years, water is very rarely the "limiting factor" for a property to hold deer in Ohio. My only suggestion is that if you are going to bury any type of tank, please consider placing getaway rocks or wood so the small critters can get out once they fall in. Those...

    TSI- Whatcha Cuttin'

Additionally, look up the "Hack and Squirt" method of killing trees with a hatchet and small hand sprayer. I call it hiking with a purpose and it's very therapeutic and enjoyable.

    TSI- Whatcha Cuttin'

I know its not the answer your looking for but I wouldn't think about TSI until your invasive species are more under control. If you want to do some TSI to make it more manageable, perhaps think about breaking the property down to segments based on terrain, forest type etc. Complete invasive...

Really nice? You guys must like to freeze 🤣. I guess I'm a fair weather hunter anymore. But a heated blind don't sound bad either.

The old college try for a doe before another round of 🍊. Im sure thankful for the heater body suite in this wind. Been awhile since I hunted in the snow. It just slowed but was coming down sideways.

There is, it's called precision agriculture. Its readily available to most farmers if they seek it. Many simply don't care. It's been branded in their DNA to have a "clean" farm, even if they are well intentioned at heart. I could write a book on this mentality, but Aldo Leopold already did and...
