I'll be back at it again this morning, looking for this guy...or any buck.

When I decided to get back down this morning I discovered that the knot refroze because of the water that I poured on it earlier. 🤨

Got to my stand this morning to find that the Prusik knot on my lifeline was frozen!. Tried using my HotHands warmer to no avail.. Hand to pour water on it from my water bottle. After 10 minutes I finally worked it free. Proceeded to climb up my ladder sticks and when I grabbed the cold metal...

Yes a Jet Sled....I am going to invest in a Come-a Long to help getting them out of the bottom of the numerous ravines!!!

Got her out with help from my brother. No broken bones today...but it is a long season!
