We do it a little bit different in Georgia but one of my absolute favorites. I started freezing leftovers smoked pork and chicken so I always have some on hand for a batch of Brunswick stew.

One change I have recently made is more stocks with dividends. Strongly recommend taking a look at focusing on dividends. I really wish I would have known what I know now 25 years ago.
