I work tomorrow. So I won't be out till Saturday. Gonna run my mutts in the morning tomorrow. I've had like no time to run like I wanted to all summer. My kids and wife keep me pretty busy when I'm not at work!

Rabbit season is near. Just wondering where all the rabbit hunters are hiding. I'm assuming in a tree stand somewhere? Summer was pretty long for me. Worked tons of overtime and kids kept me busy.. Hope everyone is well. I'll see if can't start a new rabbit hunting thread after the opener

Great reading and following along this season j. And nice to meet you. Next time im not pickin the place to hunt lol. Ill continue to run my dogs throughout the off season and help my buddy get his pup started!

Ive really been slacking on the updates the last few weeks. Crazy busy at work right now hate overtime lol. Been hunting sunday since its my only day off. Last week we killed 4 jumped 5. And this week we just couldnt get on em at egypt valley. Ended up with 2 half assed chases and 1 good chase...

Ive run into slow dogs before. Running with a guy i met at another beagle forum. Long story short dogs jumped a rabbit my dogs brought it around we shot it and a 15 min later his dogs finally finished the track..... Nothin against slow dogs but just not my thing as well.

Sounds good to me j. The more dogs the better. Mine arent the best and dont always listen so well. But they dont run trash and can jump a rabbit or 2

Well i have 2 places in mind. 1 ive hit twice so kinda trying to leave it sit til next year. So that leaves me with bolivar dam which is usually good. Unless you guys have any ideas?? I will also travel.

We have a spot we hit with our boss once a year. And its like that. Its a big over grown field and its just full of rabbits. Ive never seen so many.
