Wow, great mass on that stud! Congratulations man! Alex hunted a deer looking like that a few years ago. A 6x6 I think but can’t remember if he killed it or not. What a neck too!

@finelyshedded I’m pretty sure I know the deer your talking about and if I’m remembering correctly he did kill it and it was in another property close to where I hunt. The deer in this area have a very definitive trait and all have a similar look.

This was the deer I was after last year and never could seal the deal, I thought at first this was the same deer but I honestly can’t tell.

Thanks everyone! I’m still replaying the hunt in my mind and still on a high from it. I’ve never been able to harvest a buck of this size and I’ve never done it this early in the season.
