Got in the woods around 230pm and shot this buck at 315pm. I shot him sitting on the ground between a couple tree tops left behind from logging the woods a couple yrs ago. Grunted him in and shot him at 23 yrds and he ran maybe 80 yrds and fell over. Wasnt expecting to see much let along get a shot at something sitting on the ground with not much cover but everything worked out perfectly. This was the 4th time i saw this buck since Oct. 30th.
