Well the straps worked better than the shooters. I’d like to tell y’all that we shot great, plenty of birds and weather was good but that would be a lie.
We had a good time and drank some cold ones watching LSU beat Texas.

I’m sure it cost me way more than your one bird. Shit one bird is costing me way more than deer hunting lol. Bout a 750$ trip for 12 birds, but we made memories with the family and friends that is priceless.
I’ve been on two guided hunts and I’ve been disappointed twice. I do better with DYI and way cheaper. But..... I’m still loving what I do for fun. Wanted to go teal season but it opens next Saturday and I have to work. Sunday I get off too late in the morning and Monday I have a staff meeting. Can’t go till Thursday... shit!
Was out to a couple local marshes last week and they are loaded with blue wings! Haven't seen to many doves around though.

Wrapped in bacon and fried in flour. Breast, gizzards and hearts. Very good
