That’s my point of tagging a bunch of people. Once you meet “the group” it changes everything. You get to read post in that persons voice and understand the underlaying jokes. As much as I enjoy the standard group of guys, it’s great to meet new people and show them what this is all about.
Even if you can only make it for an hour, these outings are worth the effort!

After meeting people face to face deffinently changes how you read a post that's for sure. You can hear the person's tone and know if they are being serious or not. If you just read a post without ever meeting the person you don't know if their being an ass or just messing around.
I'm glad Jeff and Jim broke that ice and set the tone for me years ago by having a get together. If it hadn't been for them and the BEC shoot I would have faded away years ago. I couldn't imagine not having a get together now and TOO has 3 a year and I make 2 of them. I do plan on making it down for the next April outing.
It becomes something unexplainable. Without new people, it just isn’t the same.
Thinking Strouds will be October 18-20. Not 100% on that tho

I wish I could. Im starting a big fireplace that's going to take up my weekends for awhile.... I want to meet this group of nice people. The state says I can only drive to work also, I'll tell that story in November...
A grand weekend for sure. Some of the most Iconic people stayed that weekend. I wish I had the time to attend more events also Adam. You are right. The years I spent at Mingo were priceless to me. I hope to make a few more gathering as life slows down for me.

Not often. But I will be that weekend. Headed north, got 2 boats booked with Chad for an Erie trip. Cant wait.How about you @Chass do you even travel out of those hills anymore?
