At 0848 had 2 does come in being harassed by a button, they don't have anything to be worried about anymore. Blessed to have some tender meat for the freezer.
Back in, raining steadily and lightly now. Hanging out in the blind with a heater for the rest of the day. Come on biggin!

Besides a kill, this is was what I asked for!
1 for 2 ain't bad I guess.
Hunted hard the last 3+ hours of today walking for my brother, dad, and brothers stepson. They hadn't seen anything and I didn't help that.
Been a weird year. The places we'd usually see 2-8 deer at dusk have been empty since mid November. ... just strange.

I'll take it. Stopped half way back to home and acted like a 3yr old with my tongue out. No light needed on tonight's return
Today was a pretty good day. There were 5 of us, so on most drives we had 2 dogs and 3 watchers. We moved deer on almost every drive (maybe 10-12 deer total), they just didn’t cooperate and go past the watchers.

Had some people trespass on me tonight acted like they could do what they want because they was only hiking! People are down right ignorant and he had on a light brown carharrt and none of them had orange on. Lucky he didn’t get shot by someone!
