Upon further review I think they are a no go. I found older ones 150yrds away in a different area which I believe to be the same kind. The gills seem be of poisons kind. Shame Theres a few 5 gallon buckets full of fresh ones.

I did find a few edibles though

Way to many bad shrooms out there to try these. Some sort of wax cap shroom my guess. White shroom with white gills that grows out of the ground is not something I'll eat. Could have had a freezer full, so disappointed.
