2021 Summer Shoot food and attendance thread

Might as well get this started.

I'll be showing up Thursday early.

Sounds like I'll be doing a brisket. I'll also bring coleslaw.

Anyone else that can pitch in for some chow, it would be appreciated.

There will be a smoker and grill on site.

I will probably be there, off and on, Friday and Saturday. Will bring some food and drinks. Not sure what yet, but it will be easy to heat and reheat.

I'll bring the grill and smoker. Besides that, someone will have to pick up my slack. I usually provide a meal and some snacks. I also have a Blackstone at the camper I could grab if someone wanted me to. Oven, stove and all your average household things are here. Someone might want to bring a frier. I have one but last time I used it it wasn't working right.

If we have any fish fryers, I'll do fries. I'll do breakfast burritos on Saturday and will have plenty of snacks/sweets.

It sounds like @Dannmann801 will be dropping his griddle off early in the week for us to use Thursday and Friday, then he will be there Saturday morning to make a big breakfast and hang out for a while.
