I can do hotdogs for Saturday lunch. Sounds like a big breakfast and dinner. So whoever wants to burn a dog over the fire will be able to.
Agree, lunch may not be needed bc of the size of the meals.
I will grab some dogs either way from Sam's club and buns. They will be on hand. All kids eat them if they don't like what is being cooked.
Sign me up for a meat and cheese tray also. I will also grab some bread for sandwiches. That should fill the gaps and be food for anyone not wanting what is cooked. It will be in @CBecker camper fridge.

It looks like the menu is pretty much covered for the event. I will also have a bunch of paper plates, napkins etc.

Looks like I might be a Wednesday arrival now. There are two meetings in the region that day and I need to attend one of them. One is in Cambridge, which is where I'd normally go, but the timing sucks. The second is in Chillicothe at 2P. I might hit the road after my morning meeting, attend that meeting, then roll into camp around 5. Would make for a welcome extra day off!
See you then. I know Ill be there Wednesday, just not sure what time yet.
Weds. arrival is an option again after school this year, but will depend on weather and how excited boys are.
