I agree I'm going out here in Warren county today. Good luck too you also if you go. I'm not expecting much maybe I'll be surprised!
It is here now too! Once again the forecast has changed. It was perfect and forecasted to be cloudy all day and now I’m wearing sun glasses after getting my eyes dilated. Lol

Found three - was mostly rabbit hunting but stumbled into a few.
Not shed hunting today but was putting up a ladderstand at a creek crossing /corner of crp field when we found this one today..woulda been a good if he made it..thinking he could have been shot or hit by car awhile back..this farm didn't get hit with EHD so who really knows what happened.

Here are 3 sheds I picked up during 2022 archery and rifle season. I will begin looking for some 2023 sheds soon! This first one is from the buck I shot in 22 so it was shed the prior spring. Actually all 3 were from spring 2022. The 3rd one was the one I was looking for.

Here is the big 10's rub. i left my 25 06 home that day and carried my Ohio Special in the thicket. I have a red dot on it and it really aids in quick shots in thickets.
On the 25 06 above I built up the comb with foam and duct tape till my eye perfectly centers in the cross hairs. It is an old sniper trick.
