Good deal. I’m gonna bring the smoker and the blackstone as well as a bunch of fresh vegetables, pork and venison from this year. Figured we would do ribeyes one night as well as a home made chicken or three meat chili as well. My buddy Brett has been talking about doing a paella this year along with bringing his spit to do hole hog roasts so we should be eating like kings!I'll likely roll in the evening of the 26th. (Friday) and out that following Wednesday night. I may stay longer but we'll see. As for food I'll make pastalaya again and bring snacks and stuff.
